GROM iOS Update (2.0.7)

Whenever deciding on what we should put in a development round there are tough choices to be made. But, we always know the Truth is Out There. Our truth always lays with clinicians and their requirements. We are so dedicated and passionate in this belief, it’s so intense that some might even call it blinding. Clinicians have told us that we are making so much progress that they think we are on dangerous grounds. It has even been implied that we are using alien technology as part of a conspiracy to help mankind save humanity. I don’t know, but we are definitely damn proud of our latest release.

* Rescan after submitting orders

Sometimes scans seem oh so good when you submit them and then your lab requests a replacement. Worry no more, moving forward your laboratory is able to roll back the status of an order. The order will pop back up under pending. By going into the order and pressing “Review scans” you can add new scans. It’s as easy as writing UFO.

* Auto scroll to empty fields

Don’t you hate it when you’re trying to submit an order, but you forgot a field? All that scrolling, will exhaust humans and aliens alike. Hence, we have added an auto-scroll function so you go straight to the fields that still need work. High five!

* Delivery address confirmation

You’ve informed us that delivery addresses change sometimes before submitting a pending order. We are all about being flexible, so now you can re-confirm the delivery address before final submission.

* Hello messages, bye live chat

As you’ve probably seen, GROM has launched its very own integrated messaging system. Now you can message directly to a laboratory for specific orders. In that light, we felt that the real-time chatting function had run its course. Don’t worry, you can still contact us under “App Support”, it’s just a bit less live.

As always, if you have any questions about the current update, just know we are always here to help! If you come across a problem, want to provide feedback, or have thoughts for future improvements, please don't hesitate to reach out. You can get in touch with us by email (
