* Order Status Timeline:
Do you ever wonder about the exact time that your order went into production or was shipped? Wonder no more, your individual order manager already had a chat window, but now it also shows exactly when orders statuses were updated. So you can see exactly when you made a chat request in relation to status changes.
* Sole Proprietorship:
Are you a laboratory and were you inviting new clinicians who were a one-(wo)man band? Now you no longer have to generate a company first. Select sole proprietor and invite a new user. Add relevant information and *poof* you have a new customer onboard!
