Any and all of GROM’s progress is the result of user input. This was illustrated once again when we thought it was wise to remove a feature, but hadn’t asked our user base. So aside from adding new important options to our platform, we’ve also decided to reintroduce one by popular demand. Take a walk with me...
* Reattached prescription form to confirmation emails:
After some lovely feedback from our users, we realized that adding a prescription form to the confirmation email helps. Our OMS is growing, but our user interface still needs to make a few steps before we try this again!
* Dropdown menu for adjusting report page pricing:
As you’ve probably noticed, you can set different billing options for your customers in the report page. Now you can easily adjust the pricing of orders by tapping the dropdown menu under pricing. Just to highlight we emphasized this in our UI!
* Resending or deleting pending invites for customers
Every resource that we have goes into building products for you. That being said, sometimes we are not able to launch everything at the same time. For example, we had introduced the invite customer function recently. A function to resend or delete invites was not there, whoops! Well, for all you haters, now it is! Resend and delete at your discretion!
* Creating invoices from the main reporting page
The reporting function has been around for a few weeks but, similar to user invites, we still have a lot of work to do. To further improve your travels through our system, we’ve added a create invoice on the main reporting page. Simply select the user you are charging for your invoice and bill away.
